Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Chelsea is not negotiating with Serie A champions Napoli for Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen is expected to sign a new contract with Napoli which will include a release clause of around €130m.
Chelsea are widely expected to still make a move for the Nigerian striker.
The Blues are looking to sign an experienced target man and have the 24-year-old on their radar.
Romano wrote in his Daily Briefing, ”Osimhen is on the list of players wanted by Chelsea but there is still no decision made or any advanced negotiation with the forward or any other player”.
Osimhen has scored seven goals in 12 league appearances for the Partenopei this season.
