Barcelona sporting director, Deco, is working behind the scenes on the departures of two Blaugrana players from Camp Nou this summer.
According to Barca Universal (via Dario Sport), the two players are Oriol Romeu and Inaki Pena.
Deco is already handling the exits of Romeu and Pena as part of Barcelona’s ongoing squad reshuffle.
Both players are the two closest to leaving Barcelona as they are not part of manager Hansi Flick’s plans for the 2025/26 season.
Barcelona are keen to bolster Flick’s squad this summer after they won the LaLiga title last season.
The Catalan club are currently preparing for the new season as they are will face FC Seoul in a pre-season friendly tie on Thursday.
Last Sunday, Barcelona defeated Vissel Kobe 3-1 in a pre-season friendly encounter at the Misaki Park Stadium.
