Kai Havertz has undergone the first part of his medicals with Arsenal, ahead of a potential summer move from Chelsea.
This was confirmed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, on Monday morning.
Romano tweeted: “Kai Havertz has already completed the first part of the medical tests as a new Arsenal player. Just waiting for the contracts to be signed on the club side.
“Deal from Chelsea will be completed this week.”
The two London clubs have agreed a £65million deal for Havertz.
He will become Mikel Arteta’s first summer signing at the Emirates ahead of the 2023/2024 campaign.
