Chelsea is close to agreeing to a fee with Italian side AC Milan for midfielder Christian Pulisic.

TalkSPORT said Pulisic has agreed terms on a four-year deal with the Milan-based club

Meanwhile, Chelsea have also reached an agreement of a £4m deal with Everton for 17-year-old defender Ishe Samuels-Smith.

The young full-back is a gem of Everton’s academy and the Blues have beat competition from Man City to sign the talented teenager.

The Blues have let half of their first-team players leave the club this season as they look to rebuild for next season.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has joined AC Milan while N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, and a host of others have already departed from west London for other Premier clubs and Saudi Arabia.
