Nigerian winger Ekeson Okorie has joined Rwanda Premier League club Police FC, NEWSUNPLUIG reports.

Okorie penned a one-half-year deal after completing his routine medical.

Police FC signed the player from Nigeria National League, NNL, outfit Cynosure FC.

The versatile winger spent the first half of the season on loan with Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side, Nasarawa United.

Okorie earned an invitation to the home-based Super Eagles last year.

Police FC is one of the most popular clubs in Rwanda.

They play their home games at the 22,000 capacity Nyamirambo Stadium, Kigali.

The Kigali-based club currently occupy second position on the league table with 34 points from 17 games.
