Former Chelsea defender, Thiago Silva’s next preferred destination has been revealed after he left Fluminense.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Silva’s clear plan is to move to Europe next as a free agent ahead of any other option in the Middle East or Major League Soccer.
The 41-year-old Brazilian wants to get closer to his family, and Europe is the clear priority at the moment.
Silva is eager to try a new chapter as a free agent ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The veteran centre-back will be available with immediate effect from January.
Silva has played for clubs like AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Dynamo Moscow in the past.
It’s yet to be seen if Silva will join any big European team when the January transfer window opens.
