A video of a group of police officers assaulting a motorcyclist at Oja Oba, Ogundele street close to Abule Egba under the bridge in Lagos state has gone viral. The video shows the policemen trying to seize the motorcycle which was strongly resisted by the motorcyclist. One of the officers used a stick he had on him to hit on the motorcyclist.
Unconfirmed reports claim the incident happened four days ago. Many people have condemned the act of thepolice officers saying it was unprofessional. The state police command is yet to comment on this development.
