Turkish commentator, Veli Yigit, has said that Victor Osimhen would be having his best-ever season this term.

He said the Nigeria international is on track to deliver his best-ever campaign.

While on loan, Osimhen found the back of the net 37 times for Galatasaray and added eight assists in 41 games, breaking Mario Jardel’s long-standing record in the process.

Yigit believes that was small compared to what Osimhen would do this season.

As quoted by Habersarikirmizi, Yigit said, “Osimhen has unlocked his updated prime mode. When the season is over, everyone will probably say, ‘This was Osimhen’s best season yet.’

“He’s mentally very focused, physically very strong, and completely focused on helping his club succeed internationally. And let’s not forget he’s also preparing for Nigeria.”

Osimhen has already scored five goals in eight matches across all competitions this season.
