Galatasaray head coach, Okan Buruk has raved about the partnership of Victor Osimhen, and Mauro Icardi, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
The duo combined effectively to help Galatasaray thrashed Eyuspor 5-1 at the RAMs Park on Friday night.
Osimhen registered two assists in the game, while scored a hat-trick.
Buruk expressed satisfaction with the forward’s performance in the game.
“Icardi’s 3 goals, Osimhen’s 2 assists… There are many positive things. We played with two strikers,” Buruk told the club’s official website.
The Turkish Super Lig champions will now shift attention to next week Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League playoffs with Juventus.
