Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen has reacted to Göztepe defender Malcom Bokele’s red card during both sides’ Turkish Super Lig clash at the weekend.

Recall that Osimhen scored as Galatasaray defeated Göztepe 3-1 on Sunday.

Bokele was sent off in the first half after receiving a second yellow card for a foul on Osimhen.

Speaking to Ekol Sports after Galatasaray defeated Göztepe, Osimhen said of Bokele’s red card:
“I didn’t know Bokele had a yellow card.

“His hand came to my cheek and hit me very hard. There was clear contact.

“Our other opponent will start crying on social media, but in Europe, this play is a yellow card.”

Osimhen will now hope to lead Galatasaray again to victory when they face Trabzonspor in their next game next weekend.
