Galatasaray insider, Arda Özkurt, has dismissed rumours suggesting Victor Osimhen might leave the Turkish champions during the summer transfer window.

After his top performance during his loan in 2024-2025, the Lions made a permanent deal with Victor Osimhen last summer.

He now has a four-year contract that will last until June 30, 2029.

Barcelona is looking for a new player to replace Robert Lewandowski, and they are reportedly interested in the former African Footballer of the Year.

Atletico Madrid has also shown interest in the Super Eagles striker recently, following reports that he is not happy at Galatasaray and might look for a new team after the season ends.

Arda Özkurt is trying to stop the rumors by saying he was told by Galatasaray’s management that they haven’t received any offers for the 2015 FIFA World Cup Golden Boot winner so far.

In quotes shared by habersarikirmizi.com, he said: “I asked Galatasaray if they were interested in Victor Osimhen. The answer was, ‘We haven’t gotten any offers, and we don’t plan to sell him’.”

Özkurt added, “Osimhen also has no plans to leave. The people sharing these false stories are not being honest.”

Osimhen has scored fifteen goals in twenty-one games across all competitions this season.
