Former Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu has described Victor Osimhen as the best striker in the world, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
Osimhen bagged a hat-trick in Galatasaray’s 3-0 victory over Ajax in a UEFA Champions League matchday four encounter at the Johan Cruyff Arena on Wednesday night.
This striker made history as the second Nigerian after Yakubu Aiyegbeni to achieve the feat.
Osimhen broke the deadlock with a superb header in the 59th minute.
The 26-year-old doubled Galatasaray’s lead from the penalty spot seven minutes later.
The forward completed his hat-trick in the 78th minute from another penalty.
Reacting to Osimhen’s performance, Ogu wrote on his X handle: Osimhen is the best striker in the world.”
