Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen is currently at the top of the Player of the Match leaderboard in this season’s UEFA Champions League, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
Osimhen has won four Man of the Match awards in the competition , the most by any player.
The Nigerian picked up the award for the fourth time in Galatasaray’s last game against Serie A giants Juventus in Turin last month.
The powerful striker has netted seven times in eight outings in the Champions League this term.
Galatasaray will entertain Liverpool in the first leg of their Round of 16 encounter at the RAMs Park on Tuesday night.
Kylian Mbappé, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, Charles de Ketelaere, Anthony Gordon, Sandro Tonali and Trincao have all won the award thrice in the current campaign.
