Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen, has warned his team-mates that there “are a lot of things” they need to improve on, ahead of the Champions League Round of 16.
Osimhen was again the talisman for the Turkish giants, as he netted the decisive goal in their play-off tie against Juventus.
Despite taking a 5-2 lead from the first leg, Gala saw themselves 3-0 down to 10-man Juventus after 90 minutes, forcing the game to extra time.
But Osimhen stepped up to pull one back before Yilmaz added a second goal.
After the match, Osimhen hailed the resilience of Juventus players, while warning his own team-mates to go back to the drawing board.
“We qualify, but we have a lot of things we need to improve on,” Osimhen said.
“We’re going into the next round to play the big dogs.”
Galatasaray could face either Tottenham Hotspur or Liverpool in the last 16.
