UEFA Conference League: Chelsea lose 2-1 to Servette, qualify for group stages

Chelsea have qualified for the UEFA Conference League group stage, despite a 2-1 defeat at Servette on Thursday.

The Blues travelled for the second leg of the play-off tie with a 2-0 advantage.

They extended that lead on aggregate after Christopher Nkunku converted an early penalty in Switzerland.

However, the hosts fought back with goals through Jeremy Guillemenot and Enzo Crivelli.

But it was not enough as Chelsea progressed with a 3-2 aggregate.

The Premier League are in the competition despite finishing sixth last season.
