UFC star, Conor Mcgregor has placed a huge bet of £365,000 on Argentina to win the Copa America this summer.
The recent bet comes shortly after the UFC star placed a £60,000 wager on Cristiano Ronaldo to win the Golden Boot at Euro 2024. Sadly, Ronaldo has yet to find the back of the net during any of his four fixtures so far.
Mcgregor is now hoping Lionel Messi and his Argentinian side can emerge victorious from this summer’s Copa America.
He has placed a whopping £365,000 on them to lift the trophy on July 14 – which will see the Irishman return over £1million.
The World Cup winners have been tipped as the favourites to win the tournament ahead of Brazil, Uruguay, and Colombia.
