Legendary Nigerian singer, journalist, actress, and politician Onyeka Onwenu has d!ed.
She d!ed on Tuesday, July 30, moments after performing at the 80th birthday celebration of Stella Okoli, owner of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
After her performance, she reportedly returned to her seat and slumped.
She was rushed to Reddington Hospital in Lagos but d!ed. She was 72.
A video of Onyeka’s last performance, just moments before she slumped has been shared.
During her performance, she was energetic and in good spirits.
