Gospel singer Moses Bliss has revealed how his love story with his wife began, saying their relationship started on Instagram.
In an interview with Rev. Kathy Kiuna, Bliss recalled that he first noticed her when she posted a dance video to one of his songs. “We met on Instagram, and she danced to my song,” he said.
Bliss explained that at the time, he was very attentive to people who tagged him online. “That year, I was really looking. If anybody tagged me, I’d go and check. As I was checking, I was also consulting the Spirit, asking the Holy Ghost, ‘What are you saying?’” he said.
He jokingly encouraged people to take chances on social media, adding, “Tag them to your song you never know!”
The gospel star said he decided to message her directly after seeing the video. “I liked the dance, and to register my interest, I dropped my number,” he said. “I’m not scared of anybody. If I like you, I’ll message you. I’m very bold.”
Bliss praised his wife’s calm and respectful response, noting that she chose to keep their early conversation on Instagram, which he found admirable.
The “up close and candid” interview, as described by Rev. Kiuna, gave fans a heartfelt look into the couple’s journey one that started with music and blossomed into marriage.
