Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has responded to the growing wave of online discussions surrounding her family, sending a strong message to those she believes are working against her.
On Friday, August 21, 2026, the actress took to Instagram with a video in which she appeared confident and unfazed as she addressed what she described as the activities of her detractors.
In the selfie-style clip, Ojo suggested that some individuals were angry, plotting and deliberately targeting her and those around her.
“I can see how you guys are boiling. Angry. Scheming. Plotting. Different agendas. Yeah, yeah. Aiming, targeting. But you guys can never come close,” she said.
The movie star also emphasized the strength of her family, making it clear that external pressure would not break their bond.
Ojo further adopted a spiritual tone as she described the situation as a clash between light and darkness. According to her, she remains confident that truth will ultimately triumph regardless of the attempts made to manipulate the situation.
“Wherever there is light, darkness can never comprehend. We would always, always win because we stand on the truth. No matter how you try to manipulate, shout, scream, the truth will always, always prevail,” she declared.
Her post comes amid renewed social media attention surrounding the marriage of her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, to Tanzanian Afrobeats singer Juma Jux.
The relationship has recently attracted online speculation following developments involving Juma Jux’s former lover, Hudda Monroe.
Monroe recently generated buzz after sharing an old video of herself with Juma Jux, at a time when social media users were also pushing a viral campaign urging Priscilla to “free” her husband.
Although Iyabo Ojo did not directly mention any individual in the video, her message has sparked reactions from social media users, with many attempting to connect her remarks to the ongoing conversations surrounding her daughter’s marriage.
