Nollywood actress Bimbo Success has fired back at Desola Afod, the estranged wife of her colleague, Kunle Afod.
Hours ago, Desola, in a video she shared online, had called out actors and actresses for constantly disrespecting her. She noted that she is older than most of them and, as such, shouldn’t be addressed by her name.
In response, Bimbo told her to shut up, saying people in the industry were only staying quiet out of respect for her husband. She said they’re giving Desola the same respect they give to Afod, who gave her the fame she enjoys today.
She noted how the shading video was mostly targeted at her, questioning whether Desola knows her real age. She admonished the mother of three not to come for her, as she will fight back.
“Desola, shut up! The theatre industry- if they were born well- who are you? It’s not that the filmmakers are imbecīles, but they are respecting and considering Afod, which is why they have kept quiet. They are giving you the same respect they give Afod, who gave you the fame you enjoy today. Your husband is also a filmmaker. Desola, don’t come for me because I will come for you.
