Ayo Kuti, the son of Nigerian music legend Femi Kuti has opened up on why he lost his virginity at an early age.
During a recent livestream with Davreal, he revealed his decision was based on beating his father’s record of also losing his at an early age. According to him, his famous father lost his virginity at 17, and he decided to beat his record by losing his at 16.
“The only reason I lost my virginity at 16 is that my dad told me that he lost his at 17. So I said, ‘Okay, I have to be number one in my family, because you have to know, say e dey shake, e dey break.’ My dad is a bad boy”.
Ayo also spoke about his parents’ sleeping arrangements, revealing that they don’t sleep on the same bed because of health-related concerns like STDs.
“My parents also don’t sleep on the same bed because of STDs. We don’t do that in our house”.
