A woman is being called a “proud deadbeat mama” over her post-divorce antics.
The woman named Aaliyah Floyd, whose Facebook username is Hayilaa Dyolf, took to Facebook to share a photo of her smiling while her ex-husband was frowning shortly after their divorce was finalised.
“Divorced,” she captioned the photo.
Then she did a follow-up post that reads: “Felicia, your son didn’t WIN custody.. I GAVE him custody. I leave with what I came with, and I ain’t come with no kids. I’ll see them on the weekends #HeTheSingleMamaNotMe”
She also shared a post from someone defending her.
The post reads: “That man was keeping those kids from her just to torture her and now yall are mad because she let him keep them. Please live your life Hayilaa Dyolf.”
Another post that Aaliyah shared reads: “aaliyah ain’t the fuck wrong! she was public with her relationship and divorce, so if you followed her with that then you know her story. she always has her kids, she’s definitely not a deadbeat.. SHE CAN LIVE A LIL BIT! & the type of man he is, he deserves exactly what she gave him! ALOT of yall that’s bashing ain’t have a choice. just be real with yourself..”
Aaliyah went on to joke about being called a deadbeat single mama.
In response to someone calling her that, Aaliyah replied: “Ok nie, just for this.. I’m telling them to pack their bags tomorrow I’m otw, and I’m not coming.”
A Facebook user wrote: “Hayilaa, baby you making ALL of us women proud. keep setting examples!”
“Thank you bae,”Aaliyah replied.
