Nollywood actor and filmmaker Kunle Afod is singing the praises of his wife, Desola Afod.
In an interview with his colleague, Biola Bayo, he admitted that any home that survives the test of time, the woman is the one responsible for it. Afod revealed that he and his wife have issues, like every home and declared her the best woman ever.
“Any home that survives the test of time, the woman is the one responsible for it. My wife and I have our own issues, just the same way, but it’s every home. But, I want to tell her today that she is the best woman ever”.
Elsewhere, in the interview, Kunle shares his thoughts on cheating and expresses the belief that women cheat just as men do, but they are smarter. He pointed out how the increase in DNA is due to women’s cheating habits.
The Yoruba actor noted how women now use dildos, even going as far as using many. Questioning if one isn’t enough, he stated that a woman who uses a dildo is only worshipping an idol.
“I believe women cheat just as men, just that they are smarter. Immediately a man starts having an affair, the wife will notice. A man who cheats cheats with a woman, not a wood. The issue of DNA has most women as culprits. This cheating is the same everywhere. Women now cheat to the extent of having multiple dildos. Is one dildo not enough? I don’t want to cheat on my husband, yet you bought a dildo. In my heart, you already worshipped an idol”.
Last year, Kunle shut down rumours of impregnating a woman in Mushin. The famous actor noted how the women he has been impregnating are ghosts as he expressed hope at finally meeting them.
Also, last year, a troll had accused Kunle of having an extramarital affair with a lady in Ibadan, Oyo State. Defending her husband, Desola, revealed she would not leave her husband no matter the circumstances or his wrong deeds.
While celebrating Afod’s 50th birthday, a year back, Desola had opened up on life as a celebrity wife, admitting that her marriage to him hasn’t been easy. However, she has vowed to never divorce her husband and the father of her kids and to endure whatever comes her way.
The celebrity wife, had vowed was never to leave her husband, which earned her the tag ‘a woman with low self-esteem’ from netizens. The mother of boys noted how leaving her husband over infidelity wouldn’t guarantee that the next man she would meet would stay faithful to her.
In 2022, the couple’s marriage was almost at the edge of rock after Desola hinted at marital trouble. She had shared several cryptic posts, stating that manipulation is when you are being blamed for your reaction to their disrespect. In another, she dished out advice on how to be good enough to forgive someone. However, one shouldn’t be stupīd enough to trust them again.
Also, controversial blogger, Gistlover had described Kunle as a public toilet who was fond of sleeping with his film school students, which Desola was fully aware of, and was shielding and covering his numerous affairs. The blogger also spilled on how Desola snatched Kunle Afod from her friend at a birthday party.
However, Desola Afod debunked the rumors with a loved-up video of him and Kunle Afod also called for prayers for his marriage.
