Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong has responded to critics over his kissing scenes in movies.
In a recent interview, he defended himself, saying the nature of his business makes him do such, and it doesn’t automatically make it good or evil.

Tackling his critics, he questioned if they would give the same energy to a gynaecologist who sees and takes care of female génitals everyday.
To further prove his point, the talented actor referenced the bible, saying what comes from a person’s heart is more important than what is seen externally. According to him, people should be judged by their intentions and the condition of their heart.
“Would you ask this same question to a gynaecologist? Do you know who a gynaecologist is? Of course, a guy is a doctor, a medical doctor that saves lives and works with women and looks at the female génitals everyday.
There’s a condition of a man’s heart that judges what he does, that qualifies what he does, that makes it good or evil. It’s not what you see from the outside; it’s what the man is, the condition of his heart”.
