A Nigerian man has taken to social media to recount how a Nigerian tenant in the UK spoilt the chances of others renting a house from a Landlord that has been vey understanding.
In his post, the Nigerian man pointed out that the landlord always rented his house without making his tenants go through an agent. He said that the Nigeria however, owed so much money and then absonded without paying.
He stated that the landlord has now employed the services of an agent to rent out his apartment.
This will increase the rent price as prospective tenants now have to pay the normal rent as well as agent fees.
