England manager, Thomas Tuchel, has reacted after he was targeted by their supporters with sarcastic chants during the win over Latvia.
The German refused to take the fans’ behaviour to heart, insisting he has ‘no problem’ with them.
Tuchel was hired to replace Gareth Southgate as England coach in January. He has gone on to preside over a flawless qualifying campaign with six wins from six.

On Tuesday, a healthy contingent of fans followed the Three Lions to the Latvian capital, singing in the rain as Thomas Tuchel’s side ran out comfortable winners
Shortly before kick-off, fans chanted, “We’ll sing when we want, we’ll sing when we want, Thomas Tuchel, we’ll sing when we want.”
The fans followed that up with, “Are we loud enough for you?” They added, “Our support is f*****g s**t.”
The former Borussia and Bayern Munich manager responded after the game, telling ITV, “I got some stick in the first half! Fair enough and well done.
“Good sense of humour and no problem, I can handle it. It was brilliant support from start to finish.”
He added in his post-match press conference, “It made me smile and this is how it has to be. It’s British humour and I surely can take it. No harm done…”
England officially booked a place in the 2026 World Cup following a 5-0 win over Latvia.
This means that they are the first European nation to qualify for the tournament.
Thomas Tuchel’s side won all six matches to secure top spot in Group K.
