Former Arsenal captain, Tony Adams has suggested that Bukayo Saka is the best player in world football apart from Argentina World Cup winner Lionel Messi.

According to Adams, Saka, who has been impressive for Mikel Arteta’s side and the England national team, can score and also provide assists.

Writing in his column for The Sun, Adams said: “If there is a better player in world football at the moment, someone who both scores and makes goals, the only one I can think of is Lionel Messi.

“Bukayo [Saka] is absolutely on fire and the reason Arsenal are top of the table.

“Bukayo is, hands down, the Footballer of the Year because he was England’s best player at the World Cup, and he has been the best player for the team eight points clear at the top of the Premier League.”

Saka has scored over 17 goals for Arsenal across all competitions so far this season.

The 21-year-old has registered over ten assists for the Gunners.

Bellingham said Güler didn’t deserve to be in the starting lineup: “He should have come on in the 80th minute,” and argued that most of Güler’s goals were the result of his teammates’ efforts. Güler responded with nine words to silence Bellingham, who was forced to apologize.
