Sean “Diddy” Combs has asked a court to dismiss a lawsuit brought by former male escort Clayton Howard over encounters involving Combs and singer Cassie, disputing Howard’s allegations that he was forced to participate.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Combs described Howard’s claims as “psychotic” and “reckless”, arguing that his work as a paid escort and repeated participation undermined the allegations. “Howard is a pr0st!tute. He is paid for adult time for a living,” the filing stated.
Combs’ lawyers argued that Howard arranged travel and participated in paid encounters voluntarily, describing his allegations of coercion as “beyond ludicrous”. The filing compared Howard’s services to “a restaurant, offering choices both on and off the menu”, arguing that he could have declined requests or changed the services he offered.
Combs characterised Howard as an “enabler and exploiter” rather than a victim and argued that he was entitled to “no tears, pity or sympathy and certainly not” damages. The filing also alleged that Howard repeatedly returned “whenever and wherever … for more adult time and cash” and brought the lawsuit only after payments stopped.
Howard, a former escort who is now a law student, is suing both Combs and Cassie. Combs’ assertions form part of his defence and are not findings by the court. Separately, TMZ reported that Combs was taken from FCI Fort Dix for medical treatment following an emergency over the weekend and has since returned to the prison.
