It is a devastating time for media personality Patrick Doyle and his wife, Funmilayo, as they lose their newborn baby.
Newsunplug reported earlier that the couple had welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Omayinuwa Mayen Harriet Doyle. He disclosed that his wife and their newborn were doing well, and he was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to God Almighty.
In a sad news on his Facebook page, the ex-husband of Ireti Doyle announced that his newborn baby had passed away. He said the baby visited them briefly on Friday and returned to heaven on Saturday, the 11th, at about 4:15 pm.
Patrick said her stay was short, but it brought great joy, and he wished she had stayed longer.
“Omayinuwa visited us briefly at about 10:40 am on Friday, 10th April and returned to heaven on Saturday, 11th April at about 4:15 pm. Her stay was short, but it brought great joy. We would have wished for a longer stay, but alas, heaven thought otherwise.
This much we know, though: God still rules in the affairs of men. Our faith in the goodness of God remains resolute regardless.
