Self-styled relationship coach Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has commented on the funeral of Ruth Otabor, the sister of Big Brother Naija winner Josephina “Phyna” Otabor, who recently died in a collision with a Dangote truck.
In a new video, Blessing CEO mocked content creator Izzy Ogbeide who earlier criticized Ruth’s boyfriend and pledged to help Phyna seek justice giving her unflattering nicknames and claiming that people close to Izzy often suffer personal losses. She cited examples of one sponsor who lost a brother and Phyna losing her sister, describing Izzy as a “bad head” and urging her to “rethink her life.”
Blessing CEO went further with controversial accusations about Izzy’s private life, alleging two pregnancy losses linked to her lifestyle and claiming that Izzy once engaged in intimate acts at a shrine. She also alleged that Izzy’s husband works in a morgue, insinuating this was connected to the misfortunes of Izzy’s associates.
Addressing her own audience, Blessing CEO warned followers against sharing personal struggles with Izzy. She also questioned how much support Izzy plans to give Ruth’s children and when she would fulfill earlier promises to escalate the case to international media outlets like BCC and CNN. Blessing further criticized Izzy for not covering Ruth’s burial despite her public statements.
This exchange follows long-standing tension between Blessing CEO and Izzy Ogbeide, which began after Izzy posted photos of the late Bimbo and IVD’s children following an interview with the businessman.
