‌A Magistrate Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, has issued a restraining order barring Baba Mohbad, Bukky Jesse, Yomi Fabiyi, Larry Omodia, and Adewale Mariam from making any public comments or inciting actions against late Mohbad’s wife Omowunmi and their child Liam.

The court has prohibited them from making public statements about wife, Wunmi and Liam, subjecting them to bullying, threatening them, or inciting the public against them for the one next year.

This legal action stems from ongoing disputes and public controversies involving the aforementioned individuals. The court’s decision aims to protect the privacy and well-being of Wunmi and Liam, ensuring they are not subjected to further harassment or defamation.

The restraining order signifies the court’s commitment to upholding individual rights and maintaining public order. By limiting the ability of the five individuals to make public statements about Wunmi and Liam, the court seeks to prevent the spread of misinformation and the escalation of conflicts.

The news of the court’s decision has garnered widespread attention on social media platforms, with many expressing support for the protective measures taken.

However, some have raised concerns about the potential for such orders to infringe upon freedom of speech. The balance between protecting individuals from harm and upholding constitutional rights remains a topic of public debate.
