Doma United midfielder Samuel Matthew has revealed the secret behind the team’s impressive form in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
The Savannah Tigers have performed admirably in their debut appearance in the NPFL.
The Gombe club currently occupy second position on the Group B table, one point behind leaders Lobi Stars.
“Our solid defence is the secret behind our impressive form this season,” Matthew said.
“The coaching staff have worked so hard to stablize the defence which has added so much to the team’s improvement upfront as well.
“Aside that too it’s been a collective effort as we all have a collective goal to succeed that’s why we support each other both on and off the pitch.”
