Arsenal legend, Ian Wright has predicted the winner of this weekend’s Premier League clash involving Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

United will welcome Spurs at Old Trafford on Sunday, as both teams look to climb up the Premier League table after an inconsistent start.

Both United and Spurs are on seven points after five league games and that puts them in 11th and 10th positions, respectively, in the table.

Tottenham came from behind to beat Brentford 3-1 in their last league outing and defeated Qarabag 3-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Meanwhile, Manchester United played out a 1-1 draw with FC Twente in the UEFA Europa League and that followed a 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

However, Ian Wright feels that Erik ten Hag’s men would beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday.

He said on the Stick to Football podcast, “I think United will beat them. Let’s go 2-1.”
