Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has said he will call Mikel Arteta and congratulate him if they win the Premier League title.
Guardiola was speaking to the media on Friday, ahead of their home clash against Wolves.
According to him, Arteta was always one of the first people to congratulate him when City emerged champions.
If Arsenal win, I will be the first to call Mikel (Arteta) and congratulate him, as he has done in the past.
“I also congratulated Arne Slot last season.
“We will then improve as a team.”
Arsenal hold a seven-point lead over City going into this weekend’s fixtures.
