Chelsea have agreed to a deal in principle to sign Independiente del Valle midfielder, Kendry Paez.
According to Sky Sports, Paez, who has already impressed at the international level for Ecuador U17s, will cost Chelsea £20m.
Paez has been tracked by Bayer Leverkusen, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Manchester United in the past.
The 15-year-old wonderkid is thought to be one of the best young talents in South America.
He will be able to join the west London club when he turns 18.
