Chelsea will host Everton in an early kick-off on Saturday afternoon, while Wolves will clash with Leicester City.
Manchester United will face Bournemouth in an away Premier League tie on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool will host Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday evening at Anfield.
The Reds will be crowned Premier League champions this weekend if they avoid a defeat against Spurs.
This follows Arsenal’s Premier League 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace a few days ago.
