Former England manager, Sam Allardyce, has said he believes Arsenal will win the Premier League this season.
Allardyce feels that the Gunners will learn from finishing runners-up behind Manchester City in the two previous seasons.
In the 2022/2023 season, Pep Guardiola’s men won by a five-point gap. But in 2023/2024, Arsenal cut it down to two.
Allardyce said: “I think Arsenal have been growing in the last two, three seasons and they came very close last year, but the year before they should have won it and they blew.
“They blew the title. I think this time the squad has got better, more additions to the squad and so will bring Man City close.
“And that’s why I have just picked Arsenal over Man City.”
