Ex-Manchester United striker, Wayne Rooney, has declared that Arsenal will win the Premier League title this season.
Rooney, speaking on the Overlap, said Arsenal are “too strong and powerful.”
The 40-year-old is confident the Gunners will manage the title race better this time, especially after dealing with the pressure from previous seasons.
He said: “I think they’re too strong and powerful.
“I think they win it because of Mikel Arteta. He’s shown the pressure in previous years, but he’s handling it spot on this season.
“Man City will give them a tough time, but I just can’t see them winning every game and Arsenal dropping that many points.”
Arsenal have the chance to take a seven-point lead over City when they visit Wolves on Wednesday night.
