Popular singer and activist, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has announced that he is searching for a wife for his son.
In a post shared on X on Friday, Charly Boy disclosed that his son, who is 46 years old, holds a master’s degree and stands 5ft 11ins tall.
He noted that the son had been previously married but divorced, adding that he now seems afraid of women.
The entertainer said he is specifically seeking a woman from a “good home with humble beginnings”, stressing that only authentic graduates should apply.
He said: “My people,
I still dey look for wife for dis my son.
E don marry once, divorce. Now, e be like say e dey fear woman.

He is coming next month.
“He is a masters degree holder, age 46. 5ft 11ins.

I need to tie him to Nigeria.”
Charly Boy added that his son, described as “very humble”, will be returning to Nigeria next month, and he hopes to “tie him to Nigeria” through marriage.
