Popular American rapper and record executive Rick Ross has disclosed the remarkable amount he has spent in the past six months.
The affluent hip-hop mogul revealed that he has expended well over $100 million during this period.
He stated this in an interview with his younger colleague, Meek Mill, and American radio personality, Ebro Darden on Apple Music 1 ‘Rap Life’ where he hinted at having 25 different businesses he’s been tending to for a while.
Inquiring about the Maybach Music boss ‘increasing wealth, Darden said;
“I’ve seen you make a lot of money and have money for a while. But it feels like you went to another level with the money. Was that just investments that just finally got to a certain level?”
The 47-year-old well-known for his “larger than life” persona replied;
“It’s a lot of different things. Just keeping it at 1000.”
He said,
“I’ve had my hands in 25 different pots. I’ve been cooking on the stove for a long time and really, I was getting money the whole time.
“I’m a real frugal at some point but when it’s time to make some power play, I will. I’ve spent $100 million. I’ve spent that in the last six months.”
“I spent it on different things. I just bought a crib for $35 million, a jet for $35 million; then investments.
“I’m over $100 million in the last six months. And we ain’t just talking about it, we’re really getting into it and spending it,” he added.
