Life coach, Solomon Buchi, has identified zero intolerant level for hardship as the bane of the increasing marriage crash among young couples.

He made a tweet in concordance with veteran gospel musician, Funmi Aragbaye’s stance on increased divorce rate among young couples.

The televangelist in a recent interview decried the spate of divorce among young couples, hinging it on their inability to endure hardships in marriages.

She argued that contemporary youngsters now prefer to marry rich people forgetting the happiness of couples in marriages wasn’t dependent on their spouse’s material resources.

“The major cause of divorce among young couples is the fact that they cannot endure hardship with anybody. And, they prefer getting married to rich people.

“However, happiness in marriage is not dependent on how rich one’s spouse is. Young people should always seek divine direction from God before they get married”, she stated.

Well-known on social media for his inspirational remarks, the writer who tied the knot with the love of his life, Arike Adeola in earlier in the year explained intending couples needed to come to terms with the fact that deprivation was a slice of life.

He insisted the stamina of the union between a man and a woman is proven during tough times; urging couples to stay put in such times and fight for their marriage rather than take a walk.

Buchi tweeted,

“True. We rebuke hardship all we want to, but it’s a part of life, and when we are too enticed by the fine things of life, we forbid any inconvenience, and would rather walk away than fight for our marriage to make it better. The strength of marriage is known in hard days.”
