Arsenal were handed a late setback ahead of their Premier League clash against Leeds after Bukayo Saka was ruled out following an injury sustained during the pre-match warm-up.

The 24-year-old forward had been named in the starting line-up and was expected to feature on the right side of Arsenal’s attack at Elland Road.

However, he was forced to pull out shortly before kick-off after experiencing discomfort.

Arsenal confirmed the change moments later, announcing that Noni Madueke would replace Saka in the starting XI.

The club are yet to provide further details on the nature or severity of the injury, leaving questions over Saka’s availability for upcoming fixtures.

Saka has been a key figure for Arsenal this season, and his late withdrawal represents a significant blow for Mikel Arteta’s side as they continue their push in the league.
