There has been a significant concern among the majority of Chelsea supporters worldwide, primarily due to the squad’s lack of discipline which has been addressed by Liam Rosenior.

The red card issued to the players started at the beginning of this season under Enzo Maresca and seems to have continued under Liam Rosenior in the past two games. Chelsea saw Wesley Fofana sent off against Burnley and Pedro Neto against Arsenal which cost the club vital points.

Rosenior did not hide his displeasure during his post-match press conference at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, March 1, 2027. According to him, the red cards are something that must be discussed at the next training session.

He said,

“To be honest, again for Enzo [Maresca], I have a huge respect for him as a coach and as a man. He tried really hard, and I will continue not to speak about what has happened before. We have slipped back into something that I don’t like to see. I don’t speak about what happened before my time at Chelsea but it’s starting to happen with me. That’s something I felt we had addressed, we went 10 games without a red card, now two in two games and that’s a problem we need to solve.”

Rosenior hopes that his players can overcome the disappointing results in the last three games ( Leeds, Burnley and Arsenal). The Blues have Aston Villa who are also in bad form in their last few games they are currently in sixth place behind Manchester United, Aston Villa and Liverpool.
