Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has opened up on his relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo when the duo were both at Old Trafford.
Rashford was speaking in an interview after the October international break were he was asked about Cristiano Ronaldo and how they were both able to make cohersion at Manchester United.
He said,
Cristiano is the player who represented his country the most. I was lucky to play with him. Watching him up close taught me what it means to stay at the top for so many years.”
He also spoke about his life at Barcelona in the last few weeks.
Joining Barça has given me new energy, a new style, and a new country to explore. I feel the team fits me perfectly and I can help them a lot. It’s a great step and I’m optimistic about the future. I am happy to be Barça’s top scorer and assister right now, but I know I can still do better. I haven’t reached my limit yet, though I’m getting close to it”.
Marcus Rashford ioined FC Barcelona from Manchester United on a season-long loan. The deal, confirmed was completed during the 2025 summer transfer window which includes an option for Barcelona to make the move permanent for around €30 million.
