A Nigerian medical doctor fighting on Ukraine’s side in the war with Russia has shocked Nigerians after a video of him went viral.
The Nigerian revealed that he went to Ukraine to study medicine and became a professional medical doctor. However, when the war began, as Nigerians and citizens of other countries fled, he decided to join the army to defend Ukraine.
The video elicited reactions from Nigerians who wondered what motivated him. Others questioned how his parents were handling his decision.
