Sunshine Stars are set to return to their home ground, the Ondo State Sports Complex, for the 2025–26 Nigeria National League, NNL season.
The Owena Waves last played at the venue in 2023, having vacated it to allow renovation work to be carried out at the stadium.
With the refurbishment now completed, the Akure-based side can once again play at their traditional base.
Sunshine Stars will lock horns with Gateway United in their NNL matchday two fixture at home on Saturday.
DAILY POST recalls that Sunshine Stars adopted the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode and the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne as their home grounds in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, last season.
