Arsenal’s midfielder, Noni Madueke was voted as the player with the best performance by UEFA after match day 6 fixtures in the UEFA Champions League.

The forward was named UEFA Champions League Player of the week which comes on the back of his electric performance against Club Brugge. The England was influential in helping Arsenal maintain their perfect run in the competition where he delivered a brilliant brace to seal Arsenal’s victory to lead the table.

Madueke was the star of Matchday 6, showcasing his composure, pace, and finishing ability as he tormented the Brugge defence throughout the night. His fantastic goals not only secured a comfortable 3–0 victory for the Gunners but also highlighted his growing influence in Mikel Arteta’s squad.

This was a performance that embodied confidence, maturity, and the hunger of a player ready to step into the spotlight. Other players that was recognised by UEFA include Jules Koundé and Charles De Ketelaere, further underlining the quality of his display.

This accolade represents a significant moment in his development and signals that Arsenal may have yet another superstar in the making. The Gunners currently lead the table with 18 points, winning six out of their first six games.

Mikel Arteta will hope he can lead Arsenal to winning the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the club’s history after coming close in 2006 before losing the final to Barcelona.
