Bendel Insurance technical adviser, Kennedy Boboye, has expressed confidence in his team’s progress and mental toughness.

The Benin Arsenals are unbeaten in their last nine matches in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

Boboye said he is determined replicate his unbeaten feat with his former team Akwa United.

Akwa United were unbeaten in 18 games under his tutelage.

“I have experienced long unbeaten runs before during my time at Akwa United, we went 18 matches without defeat and we are determined to replicate that success here, starting with our next away game against Shooting Stars,” Boboye told the club’s media.

“Since taking over, we have worked deliberately to strengthen the team, and we are yet to lose a match.”

Insurance defeated El-Kanemi Warriors 3-2 in Maiduguri to move up to sixth position on the NPFL table.
