The Nigeria Women Football League, NWFL, Championship matchday 13 fixture between Sunshine Queens and Ahudianynem Queens has been postponed until Friday morning due to adverse weather conditions at the Akure Township Stadium.
The match was stopped in the seventh minute of play.
No goal was recorded yet in the game before play was called off.
NEWSUNPLUG learnt that the encounter will resume at 8 am on Friday morning, with the remaining minutes to be played.
Sunshine Queens and Ahudianynem Queens are currently battling to remain in the NWFL.
The Akure-based side and Ahudianynem Queens occupy ninth and eighth position on the Group B table respectively.
