Ossai Ovie Success, a special assistant to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, has announced plans to take legal action against the organizers of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show following Imisi’s win at the just-concluded grand finale.
Imisi was crowned the winner of BBNaija Season 10, while Dede finished as the runner-up during the finale held on October 5, 2025.
Taking to his Facebook page, Ossai alleged that the results were manipulated to prevent Dede from winning, claiming the show organizers intentionally denied her victory because last year’s winner, Kellyrae, also hailed from Delta State.
According to him, “Dede was robbed by the BBNaija organizers because Delta boy Kellyrae won last year’s season, and they didn’t want another Delta contestant to win this year. She truly deserved to be the winner not because she’s from Delta, but because she made everyone proud throughout the show.”
Expressing disappointment in the show’s organizers, Ossai vowed to sue them on Dede’s behalf, insisting that the voting process was rigged.
“I will be suing Big Brother Naija on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged. I am disappointed,” he stated.
He, however, added that he would momentarily console himself by attending the upcoming Bole Feast in Asaba on October 26, where Delta Chef Nnagbogu Ifeyinwa of Reetaz Kitchen is set to cook the longest bole, as he prepares to host Dede in Asaba soon.
